Structor, developed by Obelisk Agency, does not create user accounts and does not store any personal data on our servers. All your Structor data — calculation history, projects, favorites, custom material prices, and preferences — lives on your device only. Because we have nothing on our side, deletion is something you perform directly on your device.
1. Delete all Structor data on your device
The fastest and most complete option is the Android system "Clear data" action. It runs entirely on your device.
- Open Android Settings.
- Go to Apps (or Apps & notifications).
- Find and tap Structor.
- Tap Storage & cache, then Clear storage (or Clear data).
- Confirm.
When you reopen Structor, you will land on the initial onboarding screen as if the app were freshly installed. Alternatively, uninstalling Structor removes the same data automatically.
2. What gets deleted
- Your entire calculation history, with every saved input and result
- All Job Projects, including titles, addresses, client notes, and grouped calculations
- Custom material prices and any per-calculator saved input values
- Favorite calculators and your "recently used" list
- All app preferences (theme, language, unit system, Field Mode, onboarding state)
- Any cached PDF exports the app produced for sharing
- The local "Remove Ads" entitlement cache (the actual purchase, held by Google Play, is unaffected and can be restored from the Settings screen on the same Google account)
3. What stays, and how to delete it
Third-party analytics, crash reports, and ad records. Aggregate analytics events, crash reports, and AdMob ad-targeting records held by Google (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google AdMob) are not stored by Obelisk Agency and are governed by Google's own retention policies. To clear these:
— Reset or opt out of the Android Advertising ID in your device's Settings → Google → Ads.
— Delete Firebase-held data in your Google account's My Activity.
— In the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, revisit your personalized-ads consent in Structor Settings → Privacy at any time.
Google Play purchase record. If you bought "Remove Ads", that purchase record is held by Google Play, not by Obelisk Agency. To request a refund, follow Google Play's standard refund flow at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
4. Retention periods
- On your device: 0 days after Clear data or uninstall. Data is deleted immediately and irrecoverably.
- Firebase Analytics event data: retained by Google for up to 2 months (we have set data retention to the shortest supported window).
- Firebase Crashlytics crash reports: retained by Google for up to 90 days.
- AdMob / Advertising ID: Google's retention applies; see Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Play purchase record: retained by Google per its commerce records policy; not accessible to Obelisk Agency.
5. Can't open the app?
If Structor is not installed or will not open, uninstalling the app still removes all local data. Uninstall from your device's settings or from the Google Play Store listing.
